Cancellation Policy

Notes

• The SDF portion of the payment will be fully refunded even if it is the last minute cancellation. However the bank transfer fee , will be adjusted from the refunded SDF amount.

• The One time Visa Fee of USD 40 per person will be retained by the Department of Immigration - once your visa has been processed and this is non-refundable. 

• If we have made advance payment to luxury hotels , the cancellation policy will be applied as per hotel policy

• Duration lost or trip shortened due to unforeseen reasons after arrival in Bhutan, no refund will be made on tour/land costs – because we will already have had paid for the hotels and other logistics.

• There is also no refund on land cost for delays in arrival and departure or missed flights because of weather conditions, disrupting flights or road blocks. The tourist must however bear the cost of food, accommodation, transportation, and other services required.

For air tickets issued and subsequently cancelled, the following apply.

1. 75% refund permitted for tickets cancelled more than 30 days from the date of travel.

2. 50% refund permitted for tickets cancelled between 30 – last 10 days from the date of travel.

3. 25% refund permitted for tickets cancelled prior to 04 (four) days from the date of travel.

4. No refund for tickets cancelled within 4 days of travel date.

For air tickets issued and subsequently rescheduled, the following applies. USD 40 rescheduling fee or equivalent local currency for every flight reschedule less than 72 hours prior to date of travel. No charges for business class passengers.

The Terms & Conditions for GIT is as follows: 

● Non-reroutable and non-refundable. 

● Name change allowed 

● Children included in group count but eligible only for child discount (33%)

Rescheduling is not permitted within 30 days of departure. If more than 30 days prior, one date change is allowed (ADM/fare difference and USD 25 admin fee apply).
