Cancellation Policy

If written notice of cancellation is received: Cancellation Fee will be:
90 Days and Above 10% of Land Cost,
60 to 89 days 20% of Land Cost
59 to 30 days 30% of Land Cost
29-15 days 50% of Land Cost
14 days or fewer days 100% of Land Cost

Notes
Duration lost or trip shortened due to unforeseen reasons after arrival in Bhutan, no refund will be made – because we will already have had paid for the hotels and other logistics.

Delayed Arrivals
There is no refund for delays in arrival and departure or missed flights because of weather conditions, disrupting flights or road blocks. The tourist must however bear the cost of food, accommodation, transportation, and other services required.
