We were mesmerized by Bhutan's pristine beauty and had such a memorable time there. Thanks to our tour operator Thinley of Bhutan Best Inbound Tours and our guide Namgay Wangchuk and driver Kado.
Thinley personally attended to all our requirements and customized the itinerary as per our needs making for a relaxing trip with unique experiences especially for my parents. He was ultra quick in his responses.
Our Guide Namgay made us fully familiar of the socio- cultural - historical facts of Bhutan and the various sites that we visited through his excellent knowledge on the subject. He took care of our smallest needs to make us relaxed n comfortable and the trip enjoyable without any worry or any anxiety. Everything was managed by him effectively n efficiently!
Kado found to be a highly skilled driver making us fearless n worry-free in winding roads n hilly terrains with narrow passes thro his efficient maneuvering of the vehicle.
Namgay and Kado both were well-behaved and we spent fun time listening to bollywood songs, happily chatting on long journeys.

A perfect way to get back in touch with nature and humanity
A two-week, cultural tour of Bhutan is the most immersive and laid back way to experience this country. The itinerary was varied and interesting, but also quite reasonable. My personal highlights were the monastery and village homestays, market visits, and temple hikes. I also recommend the fast food (Momos and Pani Puri), and meditation visiting temples.

Beautiful Bhutan and Beautiful People
5 stars is not enough, I’m giving them 6 stars.
Thinley was very responsive in our chat group when we were planning our trip. We live in a different time zone, sometimes we’d get responses past his working hours and I wonder if he sleeps.
Throughout the planning stage Thinley was very accommodating to what we want and don’t want to do and modified the itinerary for us. I like that they were very flexible, even during the course of the tour we were constantly asked when and what we want to eat, what we want to do when we had extra time, how long we want to stay in a place, etc. We were able to take our time and were not rushed.
We cannot praise our guide Tandin Wangchuk and our driver Phub Tshering enough. What a wonderful team! I’d give them 10 stars if I could. They were very courteous, polite, friendly and most importantly they’re very knowledgeable about their country. We have learned so much. They were also very patient with us. On some of the hikes we did when I had to stop and take a breather, Tandin never once rushed me to hurry up. He gave me all the time I needed. He also kept offering to carry our bags. The roads in Bhutan are not easy to maneuver as they are very winding on the mountainside. Lucky for us Phub is a very experienced driver, we felt safe in his hands that we were able to take naps while he drove.
All-in-all it was an amazing trip, it was so personalised to our needs. The hotels we stayed at were great, the food were delicious. Best thing about Bhutan aside from being beautiful, is the people💗

Remarkable culture, beautiful nature, welcoming people and great service
My girlfriends and I had an outstanding experience with Bhutan Best Inbound Tour. Among the tour options that we considered, this was the most well-suited to our tastes, well-reviewed, certified by the Bhutanese government and fairly priced. Thinley, our tour coordinator, was highly responsive from the very early planning stages and flexible with the itinerary. He made it a point to greet us in person in Thimphu. Our guide Lhab was truly incredible: he was friendly, patient and so informative. We genuinely felt like we had made a new friend. We also had wonderful drivers (Geym, Pema) througout. We had great exposure to Bhutanese food and culture, saw numerous stunning temples and monasteries, as well as engaged in more adventurous activities like rafting, hiking and camping. Of note, following a last-minute request, Thinley and Lhab arranged for a poignant commemoration of a couple of recently departed loved ones of members of our travel group; I will cherish those memories and their kindness forever. A couple of us were so moved that we decided to extend our trip, and Thinley and Lhab facilitated this with great courtesy and helpfulness. Overall, this ranks among the favorite trips for everyone in our well-travelled group. I highly recommend using Bhutan Best Inbound Tour for travel to Bhutan and can't wait to return to this stunning, peaceful country someday.

A Phenomenal Experience a All Around.
I had an absolutely phenomenal time in Bhutan on the Best of Bhutan tour. My guide, Ugyen, and driver, Mr. Chita, were excellent. They were both exceptionally accommodating if I ever wanted to pull over and take a picture or try Bhutanese cuisine. They both dedicated themselves thoroughly to me having the best experience possible. I came to Bhutan with some specific requests, as I was traveling on an art fellowship, and they prioritized carving out time for me to draw and take pictures along the tour.
Ugyen’s knowledge of Bhutanese history was great and he was able to answer any of my questions during my visits regarding art, artifacts, and buildings. He even organized an interview with a monk, which was well beyond my expectations for the trip.
I had the opportunity to stay at three different three star hotels and the monastery. My stay stay at the Dodedrak monastery was probably the highlight of my trip, but Paro Taktsang and Punakha Dzong were also splendid. Of my hotels, I was very impressed with City Heritage and Silver Cloud, which I would honestly rate well above three stars for service, food, and accommodations.
Everywhere in the country the people were kind and the service was exceptional, from Ugyen and Mr. Chita, to the the more organized lunch places and even the local places Ugyen took me to. I think what was truly remarkable about Ugyen is he understood my interests in being in Bhutan and catered to them, taking me to local Momo spots (which were both phenomenal) and places were I could find Yaks and Wild Langur’s, going beyond the itinerary.
I would highly recommend this tour and you would be quite fortunate to have Ugyen as your guide!

From Peru to Bhutan: Monastic Magic and Impeccable Service
We returned from Bhutan with a full heart.
My husband and I traveled with guide Phub Tshering and driver Hem Raj: excellent people, attentive and always willing to help. The hotels exceeded our expectations and, above all, the stay with the monks was the most memorable point of the trip. The warmth of the local people made each encounter a special memory. An adventure we would repeat without hesitation!

I had the absolute best experiences in my Bhutan trip! I am so grateful to have had Pema Wangda and Jigme as my tour guide and driver. They took very good care of me ensuring every detail was taken care of, and treated me as if I was their long-time friend. They were so generous to share their culture, customs and personal perspectives with me, and even gave me additional experiences not outlined in the tour like taking me to a monastic school and talk to the young monks, and to meet a hermit monk in the mountains. These are experiences not every visitor gets, and I will forever hold them in my memories of this wonderful country! If you are looking for the best tour of Bhutan request Pema and Jigme, you will not regret it!

Highly recommended tour company - trip and guides.
Tenzin and our driver Mr Nima were fantastic guides - teaching us about everything and laughing all the way. Highlights were our monastery stay , home stay, Blessings at many monasteries - we especially liked the more rural areas of central Bhutan. Days are full and there is alot of moving around. We felt completely taken care of by our guides who were there to adjust the trip to our needs and wishes. Tigers Nest and hot stone bath also made for a great last day in Bhutan.

Bhutan is a magical place. The guide Phub Tshering was knowledgeable, informative and a great communicator. The driver Kinley, was an excellent driver, courteous, and helpful. The tour organizer Thinley was responsive and and offered multiple options. Bhutan itself is wonderful, the people pleasant, the spirituality and Buddhism woven into every aspect of life

This was a great general itinerary for seeing major highlights of Bhutan over the course of a few days. The sites chosen to visit were all amazing and reflected Bhutan’s culture and history well. The hotels during the trip were all clean and pleasant. The monastic stay was truly special and enjoyable. Probably above all else, the guides, Inda Dorji and Ugyaen Wangchuk, were exceptionally professional, friendly, helpful, and informed on any and all subjects that came across during the tour or in conversation. If you wanted to visit Bhutan on about a five day timeline, I would absolutely recommend this option.

Madhu of the travel agency in contact, respond instant and kind, will also answer our questions clearly, to Bhutan have the opportunity to meet with her also thank you for the gifts she brought, very surprising and touching; guide with the driver Tandin Dorji and Choki Dorji are very professional, responsible, careful, attentive and fun, these days of the journey over the expectations of joy, learned a lot but may also forget a lot of people who love nature, want to know more about the story of religious faith, recommend this travel agency and two professional guides and drivers????

I traveled with Bhutan Best Inbound Tours earlier this month and had the joy of having Tandin Dorji (as my guide) and Pema (our driver) accompany me around the Paro area. They went above and beyond the scheduled itinerary and Tandin was always on top of getting me more water (or even an ice cream on a hot afternoon!) or whatever else I would need. One of my favourite add-on activities was going to the Astrological Monastery and having my future read by one of the monks. Pema was an excellent driver despite the zigzag roads and having to dodge cows, dogs and unexpected slow drivers in rental cars. My highlight of the trip was hiking up to Tiger's Nest, it was a lot of stairs but worth the climb. I did also really enjoy our full day spent with the monks in Dodeydra; that was a unique experience and unlike anything I've done while traveling before. Tandin even hotspoted me wifi when we were staying at the Monastery so I could check-in with family. I felt safe and well cared for during my trip.

Tenzin (Tax) is an amazing guide, humorous and extremely knowledgeable. Along with driver Mr. Nima this was a comfortable and perfect combination for us for our ten day tour of temples, local festivals, hikes, a wonderful home stay with Leki Aum, an overnight at a monastery and even having the luck of being greeted by the King.
