Tiger’s Nest or Taktsang acquires its name from the legend of its foundation, when in the 8th Century Guru Rinpoche, widely revered as the second Buddha, arrived from Tibet flying across the mountains on the back of a tigress and meditated here for three months. He blessed and preached tantric Buddhism in Bhutan.

Best Customized Tour Ever!

Service!!!! From the first conversation I felt their honesty and commitment to my experience. Gita will take excellent care of you. We laughed. She gave me lots of options. She delighted me with a trip to the College of Astrology for a reading. I had a cold and they immediately set up a session with a world class Acupuncturist. My guide and driver (Namgay Wangchik/Kinley Dorji) were so warm and sincere. I felt like they were a team committed to my care and happiness. I’ve traveled extensively. This company is not trying to ‘sell you’- they are truly service minded devout Buddhists.
